spelling my name

outsourcing the costumercare is usually convenient for the companies but it could be really painful for the costumers, when they have to spell 4 times their own name if they got the luck of being called G as for goal I O V as for victory A N as for number G as for goal A B as for ball R as for...i cannot think to any word starting by r I E L E
4 times i spelled it, to 4 different operators, some of them maybe located somewhere in india and the others the hell knows where...4 different accents and all with the same problem: trying to understand GIOVANGABRIELE. why cannot we use a digit based system? something easy, a kind of computer based help? we are in 2008, pictures from mars, iphone/touch, nuclear, a new planet similar to the earth(MOA-2007-BGL-192Lb) discovered somewhere in the deep universe, obama who claims the nomination, cars using hydrogen rather than oil and i still have to spell my name 4 times before purchasing a ticket: I N C R E D I B L E

i'm completing my sake-glasses collection, thanks to my corean friend who thinks to me every time she goes to a japanese shop: i also got a bottle of corean plum wine and i've just poured some in my most preferred black cup and i'm finally getting a sip right now after i've dialed with a blind, located somewhere on this planet, who kept calling me IO (to be pronounced like [e o]) because i was not even able to make him understand GIO or JOE as a shorter easier more helpful name to be used during our 40 minutes conversation. i've thought to HYO all time long because it gets pronounced in the same way in ialian. Hyo, kenshiro 's brother, the second demon of ashira's island. i've not watched kenshiro in a long time....i've to do something about it
