I have been yelled....(many times...once...) present perfect. It implies that in your life you have been yelled but might be yelled again. By using this tense you practically leave open options to future yelling.

I was yelled (yesterday, when I was a kid etc.) past simple. It is used when the action is defined and finished.

I got yelled is like I was yelled by more colloquial. You don't write it but you say it.

Examples:
I have been yelled many times for not turning off the lights. (you'll probably continue to make that mistake)

I was yelled for by a policeman last night cause I didn't stop at the traffic light. (finished and defined action, last night)

I got yelled by my old man for coming in late.(defined action, colloquial speech)
